AR-15 Sling Adapter Installation

AR-15 Sling Adapter
Part#ARA-1700

IMPORTANT: Fits ROUND mil spec handguards.
All hardware & sling swivel included.

MAKE SURE YOUR RIFLE IS UNLOADED BEFORE STARTING

 

 

 STEP #1 Remove lower handguard.
STEP #2 Insert round
threaded adapter through hole in
lower handguard. Align supplied washer over round threaded adapter. Install stud and tighten.
STEP #3 Install sling swivel onto stud.
 

NOTE: For M-4 handguards, drill a 9/16” hole through the inner aluminum heat shield and in alignment with a hole in lower handguard.
